Ask about packing support, suitable packing materials and handling larger furniture. Let us know about fragile items or anything that needs particular attention, so this can be included in the plan.
Before moving day
Confirm the date, parking arrangements, stairs or lift access and any key-collection timings. Keep important documents, medication and personal valuables with you, and label boxes by their destination room.
